Our Parish Council was set up following customer demand for an inexpensive, well designed website which Parish Clerks and other council staff could maintain easily themselves, without the need for previous IT knowledge or experience. All the features below are included as part of the monthly hosting fee.
Site Update / Administration Section:
Simple administration forms have been set up to let non-technical users update their own websites. You can update your site as often as you want.
If you can fill in an on-line form, then you can maintain an Our Parish Council website.
The administration section is password protected to ensure only authorised Parish staff can update your website.
If you don't have the time to update the site, go for our Gold Hosting option and our staff will update your site for you, using information and documents you provide.

Use your files on the website:
There is a simple 'File Upload' form available as part of the administrations section.
You can upload a variety of files that includes:
Meeting Minutes
Meeting Agenda
Other meeting documents
Pictures to include in news & other articles
Newsletters
Microsoft Word Documents
Excel Spreadsheets
Acrobat PDF's
Once these files have been uploaded you can use the administration forms to attach them to meetings and various articles, local business lists, local group info etc.
